Hi, I’m Anna.
Hi, I’m Anna — the face and hands behind Anna’s Pantry. I bake from my home kitchen in Trumbull, CT, with my husband and two little ones keeping things lively in the background. Everything’s made in small batches, with the same care I’d give my own family’s table.
Thank you for taking an interest in something I love so much — I hope every bite makes you as happy as baking it makes me. And if you ever have an idea or something you’d love to see me try, please tell me. This is a labor of love, and I’d love for you to be part of it.

Where we go
Good to know
Questions neighbors ask
What makes this sourdough?
No commercial yeast — the bread rises on a live starter over a slow, cold 48-hour ferment. That’s where the flavor, the open crumb and the crackly crust come from.
When do orders open and close?
Orders for each bake close Wednesday at 9pm. The bake happens Friday morning and reaches you the same day.
How does pickup work?
Pickup is free. When we confirm your order we’ll text you the pickup spot and a time window on bake day.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
We’ll leave your order at the door and text you a photo so you know exactly where it’s waiting.
How should I store the bread?
Best in the first 2–3 days — keep it cut-side down on the counter or in a paper bag. Please don’t refrigerate it; the fridge dries bread out fast.
Can I freeze it?
It freezes beautifully. Slice first, freeze flat, then toast straight from frozen — it comes back like bake day.
Do you deliver to my town?
Allergens and the kitchen
Every product lists its allergens in the menu above. Everything is made in one home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts and sesame — so we can’t guarantee anything is free of them.
Do you have gluten-free bread?
No — and honestly we can’t do it responsibly. The kitchen works with wheat flour every day, so nothing baked here can be truly gluten-free.
Special shapes for holidays?
Yes! Our Easter bunny loaves sold out fast. Seasonal bakes appear in the menu under “Seasonal & Limited” and on Instagram first.
